Individual Coaching

Individual coaching gives you the place and the space to explore and accomplish your goals.

What to expect

All coaching engagements start with a free 45-minute discovery call. This gives us both a chance to determine if your goals are well-suited to coaching and if we seem like we’re a good fit.
Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes and scheduled every other week. Of course, schedules are complicated, and there is flexibility in the scheduling for holidays, vacations, etc.
I offer 30-minute and 60-minute spot coaching sessions for current and former clients.
All sessions are offered virtually using video conferencing software.
